Project Estimator for Windows and Doors

Our Client Premier manufacturer specializing in luxury aluminum door and window solutions is seeking a Project Estimator for Windows and Doors. Please note that experience using Logikal / ORGADATA software is a strict requirement for this role, and only candidates with this experience will be contacted.

The Role: As our Estimator, you will serve as the bridge between architectural vision and technical execution. You will analyze project requirements to produce precise financial blueprints for our custom aluminum systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Quantification: Decode architectural drawings and specifications to build comprehensive cost models for high-end door/window projects.
• Software Mastery: Utilize Logikal / ORGADATA to generate detailed, accurate quotations and material breakdowns.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate labour, material, and installation variables to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with our design, sales, and project management teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Client Interface: Act as a technical point of contact for builders and clients to clarify project scopes and resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: At least 2 years within the construction, glazing, or curtain wall sectors.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Logikal / ORGADATA, Adobe PDF, AutoCAD, and SharePoint/Teams are required.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional comfort with numbers and a high degree of accuracy under pressure.
• Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) for high-level stakeholder interaction.
• Logistics: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Citizen/PR/Valid Work Permit). No sponsorship available.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: In-person (Office-based in Brampton area).

Compensation: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year (Based on experience). #AES3#
