Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Helper to join their team in North York. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience and be able to assist with residential and commercial projects. Must have experience using circular saw, framing , measuring ..etc...
Responsibilities:
• Assist with drywall installation, framing, and general construction work
• Read measurements and use measuring tools accurately
• Operate and use a variety of hand and power tools safely including circular saw
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and demolition as required
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
• Previous construction experience required
• Experience installing drywall and taking accurate measurements
• Ability to use common construction tools and equipment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labour
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
