Cake Factory Worker

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Bakery Line Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will carry out repetitive product processing tasks in accordance with instructions provided by team leaders and production operators. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of packaging lines, including:
• Sorting baked goods
• Labeling products
• Packing finished items
• Adhere to product processing specifications and follow instructions from team leaders.
• Work in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and WSIB safety regulations.
• Observe and maintain product quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery and assigned work area.

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending and lifting moderate weight above waist level.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or packaging environment is an asset but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
