Cleaner/ Commercial / Residential

Job Description:

We are seeking a candidates for a Residential / Commercial property Cleaner position. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized commercial facilities while following a set cleaning and maintenance schedule. There may also be projects where you would be required to work as a residential cleaner, cleaning and up keeping residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, office or residential properties.
• Follow the cleaning schedule for seatrain areas, cafeterias, and restrooms.
• Remove cardboard boxes and waste, transporting them to recycling or disposal areas.
• Sweep and dust floors using brooms or floor-cleaning equipment.
• Perform light general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform required duties.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Physical capability to handle light labor tasks as needed.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
