Bakery Line operator | Dough mixer operator bakery food production

In this position you will :

•Follow daily production plan for required batch quantities and correct product formulation.

•Hand-mix some product ingredients and acts as back-up for scaler when required

•Loading ingredients in to mixing bowl

•Operate mixer and computerized batching system

•Retrieve boxes/bags of ingredients and replenish ingredient bins as needed.

•Filling in pre-shift inspections/pre-ops, accurate and timely record keeping

•Maintain general cleanliness of the work area.

•Comfortable with heavy repetitive lifting

•Adhere to all customer's policies and procedures for H&S, GMP, HACCP.

•Maintain at all times a safe working environment through good housekeeping, GMPS, and the proper use and cleaning of equipment.
