Binding Technician

Job description

Main role as a Bindery Technician, with additional general duties within the Warehouse or Print Production departments as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various bindery equipment (folders, wire and coil, punch and bindery, laminator, etc.)
• Complete tasks and work assigned in an efficient and safe manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Ensure the Health & Safety policy and procedures are adhered to

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Working Conditions

• Production environment, moderate noise and distraction
• Multiple demands and priorities
• Constant interaction with co-workers, customers, and management
• Exceptionally clean and organized production facility

• 8 hour shift
