We originated as a community service oriented agency. Helping new immigrants establish and adapt to a new country.

That led us to the in-depth exploration of the Canadian job market. We soon could see that it was not simply a matter of job openings offered by businesses and job seekers looking to fill them. The Market is in need of the service that can help Employers in the fast paced and competitive environment  keep  the concentration and the energy on their main business activities, while maintaining the high levels and quality of hired personnel.

At the same time help is needed to a lot of job seekers, who are often confused on their options and opportunities and many end up working in places that they have been referred to by a friend or a relative, often not seeing or not having an access to other employment opportunities. Also you have people who would gladly delegate the search of the new job to someone else while continuing working for their current employers, they simply have no time or resources to do both at the same time.

It was a shocker to see a skilled welder working in the packaging warehouse while we had just learned that one of the local manufactures is struggling to find welders for the past year and could use at least 5 of them. Further we learned that Welder did send resumes out, but to support his family got the first job possible, in the mean time the employer was too busy to go through the pile of resumes of his desk, and he gave up on the idea of interviewing because it was too time consuming.

Examples like this prompted us to start Employment Services business. Company that would service both Employer and Job Seeker. Imagine the stock exchange where Employers and Job Seekers are trading respectively Job Openings and Skills, where every participant before being allowed to trade on the market is carefully screened, evaluated and attentively listened to. Once allowed to trade participants are continuously supported by the professionals from the field and are offered a range of additional services.

Currently we have grown into a Professional HR Organization helping hundreds of businesses coordinate and administer their human recourses needs as well as continue assisting the job seekers find and choose safe and productive jobs and projects. We are successfully competing with large Employment Services corporations bringing quality, professionalism and devotion to both Employers and Job seekers at the same time.
