Due to the high degree of customization inherent in the services Alliance Employment Services provides for you, it is impossible to know in advance what costs will apply specifically to your situation. What is Alliance Employment Service's new hire procedure and how do you screen candidates? |

Alliance Employment Service has in place a screening and evaluation procedure that all candidates must undergo before they are offered any assignments. All candidates are interviewed, screened, and tested, and we require at least one work-related references. To further ensure a candidate's viability, there are optional background screening procedures available for our clients.

How long will it take Alliance Employment Services to find quality professionals once an order is placed? |

Our staffing professionals respond to job order requests in a timely manner. For most orders, we provide progress reports every 30 minutes until a qualified Alliance Employment Services associate is confirmed with your company. Our average completion time for temporary industrial positions is 2 hours. For more elaborate orders, or when there are unique requests for certain skill sets the time can vary. But we will do our best to find the personnel your company seeks in a suitable time frame.
Furthermore, Alliance Employment Service aims for a 100% fill ratio for all of our clients' orders. If necessary, we will utilize one of our alternate vendor relationships to assist in finding the most qualified candidate. |

What is Alliance Employment Services's procedure when a placed worker does not work out? |

As each new assignment gets underway, our Account Executive contacts the appropriate supervisor to make sure that the newly placed worker's performance is satisfactory. If a worker proves unsatisfactory for any reason, the worker will be replaced. Provided you notify Alliance Employment Service within the first 2 hours of the first day of assignment, there will be no charge for the day. |

The Employment Standards Act, 2000 (15.01.2009)
The Employment Standards Act, 2000, known as the ESA, is a law that sets minimum standards for workplaces in Ontario. If you work in Ontario, you are probably protected by the ESA. It does not cover employees in federal jurisdiction and persons in a few other special categories. There are exceptions and special rules for some employees and not all employees qualify for all ESA rules.
